The Details

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • The Ergotec massage chair must be returned in like-new condition, with no scratches or tears. You must also have all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.
  • In order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your Ergotec chair arrived in. Note that there will be a $250 charge if we need to provide a new box.
  • NOTE: For all Ergotec massage Chair returns a refund will be issued minus a restocking Fee of $300.
  • White glove pickup may be available for an additional cost (we will discuss your options with you) White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home. 
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Return Process

  • We will help arrange the pick-up or shipping of your massage chair return.
  • All items must be packed in the original packaging. This includes Manuals, Parts, and Accessories. Any missing items may result in additional costs.
  • Once your item has been picked up it can take 3-4 weeks to be returned to our facility.
  • For returns a refund will be issued 5-10 days after the chair is returned, minus a restocking fee of $300.
  • In order to return your chair, you will need to keep the box your chair arrived in. 
  • Refunds take 1-3 business days for financial institutes to processed.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable.
  • Curbside pickup is offered for all returns within the 30-day trial window. 
  • The customer must repack the chair in original packaging, then put it outside their home. This will allow the delivery company to pick up the package. 
  • White glove pickup may be available for a cost. White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home. Please note: if you do not have the box, there will be an additional fee of $250 for the box.

Order Cancelation

  • You can cancel your order for any reason. You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel free of charge. If you decide to cancel your order after the 24 hour period it will be considered a Return and fall under our Return Policy.

  • How long do I have to return my purchase?

    Yes, in order to return your massage chair, you will need to keep the original packaging. 
  • Please make sure that the white glove delivery service doesn't take the box with them when they install the chair.
  • What are the return conditions?

    All items will be picked up using the freight carrier of Ergotec's choosing.
  • How long does it take for the pickup? 
    Expect return pick ups within 7-10 business days from the date of request. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the carrier to make appointment arrangements in order to return the Ergotec massage chair.
  • Do I need to pack my chair back into the box for the return? 
    Yes, you must pack the chair back into original packaging.
  • Can you help me with packing the chair back into the box? 
    Yes, we offer white glove pick up. White glove pickup is available for an extra charge please contact us. White glove pickup will include the shipping company coming into your home, packing up the chair, putting it into the box, and then remove it from your home.
